Apple and North Carolina is negotiating a new campus to land in RTP

Apple is considering investing a new campus in Research Triangle Park.  This will bring a lot of new high paying jobs and the impact on the real estate market will be tremendous.  With IBM and Lenovo located in RTP already, local government officials and residents would like to take a bite out of this Silicon Valley giant.  We eagerly hope for a successful negotiation, so the ground here can grow an Apple campus!
