CoreLogic report: Wake County (Cary, Raleigh, Morrisville, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Holly Springs, Fuqua-Varnia & etc.) in North Carolina among top 10 national markets for prospective Millennial homebuyers.

“Wake County is one of the top 10 markets where Millennials are most likely to purchase homes in the next six months, according to a new report by real estate and financial research firm CoreLogic.
“Markets that have a lower unemployment rate, lower foreclosures/delinquency rates and a higher year-over-year GDP increase are the most attractive to this younger demographic,” writes CoreLogic.” as reported by TBJ.
