An update on Downtown Raleigh….the growth continues…..

“First, with more than 2,850 new apartment and residential units planned or underway in the downtown district, it’s expected that that the downtown district will add another 4,275 new residents to its roster in the next couple of years. That’s on top of the 7,000 residents living in downtown now and a total 15,240 residents already living within the one-mile radius of the State Capitol building….

DRA projections show that more than 10,000 residents will be living in the downtown district by 2020…” as reported by TBJ.
